Return Process

You may return or exchange your unworn, unused, or defective purchase within 30 days of delivery and all products must be in the condition you received. NO RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS OR SALE ITEMS.
- Please note that it takes 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. To simplify the process we do not offer exchanges - rather we give you an account credit so that you can pick out your new item. You will receive an e-mail from Dixie Pistol confirming this.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. Dixie Pistol will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).

Enclose a copy of the order receipt, packing slip, or invoice. We will credit for the product only once received. Must be in resale condition if not defective.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued an in-store account credit that can be used on your next purchase. We do not do cash/credit refunds but only STORE CREDIT.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping
- Orders may take between 2-10 days to arrive depending on the carrier you select during checkout. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
